Our farm’s location in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains of the Lower Hudson Valley Region of New York, with its glacially deposited alluvial soils, delivers a uniquely tasteful maple syrup our loyal customers have come to know and love.  The 2023 maple season provided a smooth, rich and quality medium amber during the heart of the harvest over from mid-February to mid-March.
