In partnership with Hudson House Distillery, we take some of our finest Dark Amber Maple Syrup each season, hot fill it into one of the distillery’s freshly emptied American Oak Bourbon Barrels, and let it age in the barrel for as long as we can.  As if our dark maple syrup isn’t already wonderful enough, the barrel aging imparts an added dimension of flavor and depth, hints of both bourbon flavor as well as an oaky, woodiness that seems to compliments the syrup so very well.  This barrel aged product can be found at the Hudson House Distillery gift shop under their private label as well as here on our website and with us our farmer’s markets.  So, don’t hesitate to not only buy a bottle of this product here today on our website, but please also visit our partners at the Hudson House Distillery as well – and if you do, try a shot of their bourbon with a splash of our maple, you will be glad you did!
