Our Maple Cream is 100% pure New York maple with no additives. Maple sap is boiled a bit past syrup, cooled and then churned until it crystallizes. The result is a delightful texture and spreadable consistency.
Cream separation is natural, simply stir the syrup back into the cream. If the cream hardens, stir in a few drops of water to soften it.
